ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,623,771, issued on May 12, was assigned to The Boeing Co. (Arlington, Va.).

"System and method for operating an aircraft in a required time of arrival mode" was invented by Veeresh Kumar Masaru Narasimhulu (Sammamish, Wash.) and Joost Edwin Koennen (Meppel, Netherlands).
