US Patent Issued to The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois on April 7 for "Electrochemical oxidation of methane towards methanol on mixed metal oxides" (Illinois Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,595,575, issued on April 7, was assigned to The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois (Urbana, Ill.).

"Electrochemical oxidation of methane towards methanol on mixed metal oxides" was invented by Meenesh R. Singh (Naperville, Ill.) and Aditya Prajapati (Chicago).
