US Patent Issued to Tencent America on June 23 for "Filter location of cross-component sample offset" (California Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,666,088, issued on June 23, was assigned to Tencent America LLC (Palo Alto, Calif.).

"Filter location of cross-component sample offset" was invented by Yixin Du (Los Altos, Calif.), Xin Zhao (San Jose, Calif.) and Shan Liu (San Jose, Calif.).
