US Patent Issued to TE Connectivity Solutions on Sept. 23 for "Power harness" (North Carolina, Michigan, Pennsylvania Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,424,780, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to TE Connectivity Solutions GmbH (Switzerland).

"Power harness" was invented by Kevin John Peterson (Kernersville, N.C.), Clara Marguerite Rhodes (Winston Salem, N.C.), Matthew Bryan Hitchcock (Hershey, Pa.), Aaron James de Chazal (Rochester, Mich.) and Ram Kishore Venkatesan (Walkertown, N.C.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A power harness includes a cable having a ring insert received in an opening electrically connected to the cable body and having a cable seal sealed to the flat cable.
