ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,562,311, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to TDK Corp. (Tokyo).

"Dielectric composition, electronic device, and multilayer electronic device" was invented by Takuma Ariizumi (Tokyo), Taku Murakami (Tokyo), Nobuto Morigasaki (Tokyo), Toshihiko Kaneko (Tokyo) and Yasuhiro Ito (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A dielectric composition includes a main phase, first segregation phases, and second segregation phases. The main phase includes a main component having a perovskite crystal structure of ABO3 (A is one or more selected from Ba, Sr, and Ca, and B is one or more selected from Ti, Zr, and Hf).
