"Voltage amplifier based on cascaded charge pump boosting" was invented by Chin-Ho Chang (Hsinchu City, Taiwan), Jaw-Juinn Horng (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Yung-Chow Peng (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
