US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on Sept. 8 for "Voltage amplifier based on cascaded charge pump boosting" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,732,145, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Voltage amplifier based on cascaded charge pump boosting" was invented by Chin-Ho Chang (Hsinchu City, Taiwan), Jaw-Juinn Horng (Hsinchu, Taiwan) and Yung-Chow Peng (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
