ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,666,911, issued on June 23, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"Automated material handling system for use in power outage recovery" was invented by Chun-Jung Huang (Yulin, Taiwan), Y.Y. Lee (Tainan, Taiwan), Kuang Huan Hsu (Hsinchu, Taiwan), Li-Hsin Chu (New Taipei, Taiwan), Jen-Ti Wang (Taichung, Taiwan) and Chieh Hsu (Hsinchu, Taiwan).
