US Patent Issued to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing on July 14 for "System for determining transistor operating characteristics" (Taiwanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,681,070, issued on July 14, was assigned to Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (Hsinchu, Taiwan).

"System for determining transistor operating characteristics" was invented by Ping-Hsiang Huang (Taichung City, Taiwan) and Chu Fu Chen (Zhubei City, Taiwan).
