ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 16 -- United States Patent no. 12,501,368, issued on Dec. 16, was assigned to T-Mobile USA Inc. (Bellevue, Wash.).

"Adaptive mobile network operation" was invented by Hongliang Zhang (Samammish, Wash.), Dennis Jarret Guill Jr. (Richardson, Texas) and Robert Frangooles (Bellevue, Wash.).
