ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. 12,533,681, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to SYENSQO SA (Brussels).
"Frothers for minerals recovery" was invented by Pascal Herve (Talence, France), Renata Brito (Sao Paulo), Joseph Jankolovits (Milford, Conn.), Matthieu Corbet (Vourles, France) and Philippe Marion (Vernaison, France).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present invention pertains to a composition comprising at least one compound of formula (I) and to the use of said composition for recovering value minerals from ore and other feedstocks by flotation."
The patent was filed on Feb. 12, 2021, under Application No. 17/799,426.
