ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,604,468, issued on April 14, was assigned to SUNRISE MEMORY Corp. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Vertical NOR memory strings and method for fabrication thereof" was invented by Vinod Purayath (Sedona, Ariz.), Kenta Ohama (Tokyo) and Yosuke Nosho (Tokyo).
