ALEXANDRIA, Va., Jan. 28 -- United States Patent no. D1,110,654, issued on Jan. 27, was assigned to Suncast Technologies LLC (Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.).
"Recycling bin" was invented by Stephen Whitehead (Elgin, Ill.), Robert Kopp (Elburn, Ill.) and Torrence Anderson (Overland Park, Kan.).
