US Patent Issued to St. Jude Medical Cardiology Division on Dec. 2 for "Pulmonary vein isolation balloon catheter" (Minnesota Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,484,947, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to St. Jude Medical Cardiology Division Inc. (St. Paul, Minn.).

"Pulmonary vein isolation balloon catheter" was invented by Troy T. Tegg (Elk River, Minn.), Salo Arias (Brooklyn Park, Minn.) and Derek C. Sutermeister (Ham Lake, Minn.).
