ALEXANDRIA, Va., Dec. 2 -- United States Patent no. 12,490,004, issued on Dec. 2, was assigned to SSV Works Inc. (Camarillo, Calif.).

"Waterproof and illuminated speaker systems and devices" was invented by Trevor Kaplan (Newbury Park, Calif.), Eleuterio Lopez (Oxnard, Calif.) and Jesse Vandiver (Ojai, Calif.).
