ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,604,907, issued on April 21, was assigned to SOREMARTEC S.A. (Senningerberg, Luxembourg).
"Bakery product ready for baking" was invented by Antonio Valente (Turin, Italy).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A bakery foodstuff product (10), ready for baking, comprising at least one layer of dough (2) shaped so as to delimit an inner chamber (4), and a filling (8) contained within said inner chamber (4), said product being characterised in that it comprises a casing (6) made of wafer which contains said filling (8) and is housed within said inner chamber (4)."
