ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,732,598, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to Sony Group Corp. (Tokyo).

"Illumination device" was invented by Gen Yonezawa (Kanagawa, Japan) and Masa Miyao (Kanagawa, Japan).
