ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 16 -- United States Patent no. D1,132,423, issued on June 30, was assigned to Sloan Valve Co. (Franklin Park, Ill.).
"Spout" was invented by Paolo Sandro Trevisan (Key Biscayne, Fla.), Francisco Barboza Grasa (Miami), Stefano Luppi (Miami) and Isaac Drickhamer (Miami Beach, Fla.).
