ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,577,973, issued on March 17, was assigned to Slick Tools LLC (Longmont, Colo.).

"Collapsible spacer for setting gap between adjacent panels" was invented by Marshall Ellison Poland (Boulder, Colo.).
