ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 30 -- United States Patent no. 12,750,039, issued on Sept. 29, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).
"Fine trimming of a radio frequency gain by modulating the periphery of a radio frequency switch" was invented by Guillaume Alexandre Blin (Carlisle, Mass.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A switched attenuator comprising a radio frequency input, a radio frequency output and an attenuation cell connected between the RF input and the RF output. The attenuation cell includes a variable switch with a variable on-resistance (Ron)."
The patent was filed on Aug. 8, 2023, under Application No. 18/231,521.
