US Patent Issued to Skyworks Solutions on May 12 for "Increased dielectric film thickness reflector in a temperature compensated surface acoustic wave resonator" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,627,280, issued on May 12, was assigned to Skyworks Solutions Inc. (Irvine, Calif.).

"Increased dielectric film thickness reflector in a temperature compensated surface acoustic wave resonator" was invented by Satoru Ikeuchi (Ashiya, Japan) and Joji Fujiwara (Suita, Japan).
