ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 18 -- United States Patent no. 12,709,860, issued on Aug. 18, was assigned to Situ-Places Inc. (Santa Cruz, Calif.).
"Integrated foundation leveling system" was invented by Stephen W Jaycox (Natick, Mass.), Quentin Topping (Santa Cruz, Calif.) and Michael Goldin (Novato, Calif.).
