ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,665,028, issued on June 23, was assigned to Silicon Storage Technology Inc. (San Jose, Calif.).

"Ultra-precise tuning of neural memory cells" was invented by Steven Lemke (Boulder Creek, Calif.), Hieu Van Tran (San Jose, Calif.), Yuri Tkachev (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Louisa Schneider (San Jose, Calif.), Henry A.
