ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 8 -- United States Patent no. 12,728,976, issued on Sept. 8, was assigned to Silicis Technologies Inc. (Westfield, Ind.).

"Autonomous intelligence surveillance reconnaissance and payload delivery system and method of using same" was invented by Michael J. Stigler (Westfield, Ind.) and Nicholas James Setar (Westfield, Ind.).
