ALEXANDRIA, Va., June 4 -- United States Patent no. 12,322,675, issued on June 3, was assigned to Siemens AG (Munich).

"Electronic module comprising a pulsating heat pipe" was invented by Florian Schwarz (Bayern, Germany), Alexander Hensler (Gerhardshofen, Germany) and Hubert Schierling (Erlangen, Germany).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An electronic module includes a pulsating heat pipe having a channel structure for arrangement of a heat transport medium.
