ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,549, issued on March 3, was assigned to Shiseido Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Cleanser composition" was invented by Takaaki Shima (Tokyo), Yang Zhang (Tokyo), Kei Watanabe (Tokyo), Yuki Watanabe (Tokyo) and Kazuki Masuda (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A cleanser composition contains (A) a nonionic surfactant having a HLB of from 10 to 18; and (B) a cosurfactant including at least one selected from the group consisting of alkylglycerols and glycerin fatty acid esters.
