ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,551,418, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Shiseido Co. Ltd. (Tokyo).

"Cosmetic containing ultraviolet wavelength converting substance and medicinal agent" was invented by Yusuke Okuyama (Tokyo), Kazuyuki Miyazawa (Tokyo), Nobuyoshi Koga (Tokyo), Tetsuya Kanemaru (Tokyo), Renaud Gillet (Tokyo) and Bianca McCarthy (Tokyo).
