US Patent Issued to SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY R&DB FOUNDATION on Sept. 15 for "Micro LED driving circuit comprising double gate transistor and micro LED display device comprising thereof" (South Korean Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 15 -- United States Patent no. 12,738,195, issued on Sept. 15, was assigned to SEOUL NATIONAL UNIVERSITY R&DB FOUNDATION (Seoul, South Korea).

"Micro LED driving circuit comprising double gate transistor and micro LED display device comprising thereof" was invented by Soo Yeon Lee (Seoul, South Korea) and Ji Min Kang (Seoul, South Korea).
