ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,605,080, issued on April 21, was assigned to Senbiosys (Neuchatel, Switzerland).
"Adaptive pulse wave analysis for blood pressure monitoring" was invented by Serj Haddad (Lausanne, Switzerland), Assim Boukhayma (Neuchatel, Switzerland) and Antonino Caizzone (Milvignes, Switzerland).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An adaptive processing of the pulsatility signal can improve the pulse wave analysis (PWA) leading to a better blood pressure estimation.
