ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,441,696, issued on Oct. 14, was assigned to Scientific Design Co. Inc. (Little Ferry, N.J.) and Noritake Co. Ltd. (Nagoya, Japan).
