ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 10 -- United States Patent no. 12,411,622, issued on Sept. 9, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"Dynamic zone group creation and recalibration balancing" was invented by Karin Inbar (Ramat Hasharon, Israel), Liam Parker (Edinburgh, Great Britain) and Stephen Gold (Fort Collins, Colo.).
