ALEXANDRIA, Va., Sept. 23 -- United States Patent no. 12,424,293, issued on Sept. 23, was assigned to Sandisk Technologies Inc. (Milpitas, Calif.).

"One-time programmable memory devices and methods" was invented by Deniz Bozdag (Sunnyvale, Calif.), Juan P. Saenz (Menlo Park, Calif.), Dimitri Houssameddine (Sunnyvale, Calif.) and Mark Lin (Santa Clara, Calif.).
