US Patent Issued to SAMSUNG ELECTRO-MECHANICS on July 14 for "Dielectric material and multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 14 -- United States Patent no. 12,683,076, issued on July 14, was assigned to SAMSUNG ELECTRO-MECHANICS Co. LTD. (Suwon-si, South Korea).

"Dielectric material and multilayer ceramic capacitor including the same" was invented by Toshihiro Doi (Yokohama, Japan), Ken Yamaguchi (Yokohama, Japan) and Kotaro Hata (Yokohama, Japan).
