ALEXANDRIA, Va., Oct. 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,770,554, issued on Oct. 20, was assigned to Samsung Display Co. Ltd. (Yongin-si, South Korea).

"Scan driver" was invented by Yang Hwa Choi (Yongin-si, South Korea) and Bo Yong Chung (Yongin-si, South Korea).
