ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,606,537, issued on April 21, was assigned to Ryvu Therapeutics S.A. (Cracow, Poland) and MerckPatent GmbH (Darmstadt, Germany).
"Thiophene derivatives" was invented by Matthias Leiendecker (Darmstadt, Germany), Hans-Peter Buchstaller (Darmstadt, Germany) and Thomas Fuchss (Darmstadt, Germany).
