"Controlled-release delivery compositions for extending the life of perishable goods and methods of production and use thereof" was invented by Ahmed Soliman (Kirkland, Wash.), Steven Hulteng (Mukilteo, Wash.), Ozgur Emek Yildirim (Bellevue, Wash.), Michelle Holtappels (Diest, Belgium), Benjamin Grady Jones (Issaquah, Wash.), Patrick Jozef Gerardus Van Dijck (Scherpenheuvel-Zichem, Belgium) and Francesca Caruccio (Brussels).
