ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,565,033, issued on March 3, was assigned to RTX Corp. (Farmington, Conn.).

"Ceramic matrix composite sandwich structure reinforced with z-tows" was invented by Russell Kim (Temecula, Calif.), Jamshid Kavosi (Dana Point, Calif.) and James T. Roach (Vernon, Conn.).
