According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A current mirror circuit generates test currents supplied to a first output pin and a second output pin. The current mirror circuit includes first to sixth transistors and first to fifth switches. The first switch and the second switch are turned on in a first mode requiring a large amount of test current and turned off in a second mode requiring a small amount of a first test current and a second test current."
