ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 24 -- United States Patent no. 12,558,506, issued on Feb. 24, was assigned to ResMed Pty Ltd (Bella Vista, Australia).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A mask system for providing pressurized breathable gas includes at least one panel and a seal member, wherein the panel comprises a textile. The panel defines a cavity adapted to receive a patient's nose. The seal member is adapted to sealingly engage with the patient's face. The panel and seal member may be integrally formed in one piece."
