US Patent Issued to Renesas Electronics on Aug. 4 for "A/D converter control circuit" (Japanese Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Aug. 5 -- United States Patent no. 12,699,663, issued on Aug. 4, was assigned to Renesas Electronics Corp. (Tokyo).

"A/D converter control circuit" was invented by Akihiro Ono (Tokyo), Takanobu Nimiya (Tokyo), Yoshihiro Konno (Tokyo) and Yuji Shindo (Tokyo).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "An A/D conversion control circuit includes a scan group control unit and a FIFO unit. The scan group control unit includes an input reception unit and an arbitration unit. The FIFO unit includes a plurality of pointer control units provided correspondingly to the plurality of FIFO memories, respectively.
