ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,651, issued on March 3, was assigned to REGENERON PHARMACEUTICALS INC. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).
"Radiolabeled anti-PD-L1 antibodies for immuno-PET imaging" was invented by Marcus Kelly (New York), Dangshe Ma (Millwood, N.Y.), William Olson (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and Gavin Thurston (Briarcliff Manor, N.Y.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Radiolabeled anti-PD-L1 antibodies and their use in immuno-PET imaging are provided herein. Included are methods of detecting the presence of PD-L1 proteins in a patient or sample."
The patent was filed on June 21, 2024, under Application No. 18/750,073.
