ALEXANDRIA, Va., April 7 -- United States Patent no. 12,594,350, issued on April 7, was assigned to Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. (Tarrytown, N.Y.).

"CD8-specific capture agents, compositions, and methods of using and making" was invented by Heather Dawn Agnew (Culver City, Calif.) and Bert Tsunyin Lai (Culver City, Calif.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "The present application provides stable peptide-based CD8 capture agents and methods of use as detection agents. The application further provides methods of manufacturing CD8 capture agents."
