ALEXANDRIA, Va., March 3 -- United States Patent no. 12,564,274, issued on March 3, was assigned to Regalo International LLC (Burnsville, Minn.).

"Scissoring bassinet with soft inside and outside" was invented by Mark A. Flannery (Longboat Key, Fla.), Matthew A. Willms (Woodbury, Minn.) and William D. Butterfield (River Falls, Wis.).
