"Determining the intrinsic reaction coordinate of a chemical reaction by nested path integrals" was invented by Robert Michael Parrish (Woodside, Calif.), Edward Grafton Hohenstein (Gainesville, Ga.), Bryan Scott Fales (Midland, Mich.) and Andrew Craig Simmonett (Arlington, Va.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A computer system can perform a computational methods of determining intrinsic reaction coordinates (IRCs) for chemical transformations (e.g., chemical reactions) via dual nested integration."
