"Antisense oligonucleotide-based progranulin augmentation therapy in neurodegenerative diseases" was invented by Peter Jungsoo Park (Cambridge, Mass.), Jin Kuk Kim (Cambridge, Mass.), Timothy Yu (Cambridge, Mass.) and Yu-Han Huang (Cambridge, Mass.).
