US Patent Issued to Premix on Feb. 17 for "Agricultural film and use" (Finnish Inventors)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,550,893, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to Premix Oy (Rajamaki, Finland).

"Agricultural film and use" was invented by Ville Myllari (Tampere, Finland) and Kari Alha (Kerava, Finland).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A polymer film, comprising at least one active layer made of a composition containing a polymeric substrate comprising at least one of the polyolefin polymer and polyamide 6, and a coniferous resin acid(s) dispersed in the polymeric substrate."

The patent was filed on June 12, 2020, under Application No. 17/596,507.
