"Earbud with a built-in thermometer" was invented by Jin-Shown Shie (Baoshan Township, Taiwan), Ou-Chi Chen (Hsinchu City, Taiwan), Tai-Yan Kam (Hsinchu City, Taiwan) and Ko-Ping Chung (Hsinchu City, Taiwan).
