US Patent Issued to Praxair Technology on July 21 for "Fuel blending in thermochemical heat exchange methods" (New York Inventor)

ALEXANDRIA, Va., July 21 -- United States Patent no. 12,687,341, issued on July 21, was assigned to Praxair Technology Inc. (Danbury, Conn.).

"Fuel blending in thermochemical heat exchange methods" was invented by Hisashi Kobayashi (Bedford, N.Y.).

According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Disclosed is a thermochemical regenerative combustion method in which a mixture of fuel components that can, and cannot, undergo endothermic reaction is passed through a heated regenerator to obtain improved heat recovery efficiency."

The patent was filed on Sept. 25, 2023, under Application No. 18/473,392.
