ALEXANDRIA, Va., May 12 -- United States Patent no. 12,622,920, issued on May 12, was assigned to Pico IP LLC (Sacramento, Calif.).
"Process for creating a cannabinoid pico-emulsion with antibiotic properties and the resulting pico-emulsion" was invented by Miles J. Terry (Sacramento, Calif.) and Robert Myers (Chico, Calif.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "A novel process of creating a cannabinoid pico-emulsion resulting in a sterile and injectable cannabinoid emulsion with increased bioavailability and antibiotic characteristics, and the resulting novel cannabinoid pico-emulsion, for the purpose of treating a wide variety of medical condition in both human and animals."
