ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 11 -- United States Patent no. 12,543,767, issued on Feb. 10, was assigned to Phenolics LLC.

"Oral supplements containing enriched phenolic compound extracts combined with organic acid sodium salts, creatines and/or creatine salts" was invented by F. Joseph Daugherty (Omaha, Neb.) and Michael S. Tempesta (El Granada, Calif.).
