ALEXANDRIA, Va., Feb. 17 -- United States Patent no. 12,551,454, issued on Feb. 17, was assigned to PH Health Ltd. (Dublin).
"Isoproterenol compositions and methods" was invented by Ronald Domalaon (Raritan, N.J.), Jinjiang Li (Monmouth Junction, N.J.), Tushar Hingorani (Bridgewater, N.J.) and Kumaresh Soppimath (Skillman, N.J.).
According to the abstract* released by the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office: "Storage stable aqueous ready-to-administer formulations comprising isoproterenol are presented with desirable stability characteristics. In preferred aspects, formulations are terminally sterilized and packaged in a suitable format, such as a polymeric bag with metalized overwrap and include a non-contact oxygen scavenger."
